Partner Overview

As a partner, you represent a business, a company, or any entity who wants to create and use loyalty cards with us.

Clubs/Locations

Think of clubs on the partner dashboard as if you have a business with multiple locations, each having its own special customer loyalty card. With clubs, you can make sure that the staff from one location doesn't accidentally mingle with customer cards from another. It's like a VIP section for each location, keeping things nice and tidy, or you can simply have one club that rules them all.

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards are the heart and soul of our Keep It Loyal system. They come with all sorts of cool settings, rules, and designs. Plus, each card can hold one or a bunch of awesome rewards. We use a simple but effective point system that can even replace punch cards.  Depending on the plan you have selected you can showcase one loyalty card on the main page of Keep it Loyal for all our members to see directly in their wallet, even if they are not already one of your customers. If you choose not to showcase your card it becomes accessible only via its QR code or direct link, and after you customer scans your code, it will always be in their KeepItLoyal.com wallets.

Rewards

Rewards are the awesome prizes for which members will save their points for. There are no limits to the types of rewards you can offer.

Staff

Your employees are the foundation of your points and rewards system. They can scan members' QR codes with any available device and QR code leads your staff directly to their own dashboard in your system. If they are authorized to manage that particular card they belong to that club), they can award points or validate a reward claim for your customer.

Members

Members are your customers, and they are the ones who accumulate points to earn some amazing rewards for spending money with you. As a partner you have access to a list of all your members who have used their loyalty card with you.  You will be able to see their name and email address and their amount of accumulated points. If they have opted to allow marketing offers, you will be able to use their emails in this manner.

Analytics

For a better understanding of your loyalty card's performance, we offer a simple yet detailed analytics section. This section includes statistics from card views to points accumulated and rewards redeemed, providing a holistic perspective of your loyalty program's traction. You can even use services similar to QRBars.com to create your own Dynamic QR Codes to track even more statistics.

Designing Your Loyalty Card

1. Club Creation

Get your adventure rolling by setting up a club first. Clubs are like the secret sauce that helps you organize your cards and assign roles to your awesome staff. Although they won't be visible on the website, keep in mind that each staff member can only work their magic with cards from their own club. So, let's get this club party started!

2. Reward Setup

Your loyalty card needs rewards. Before you create your loyalty card, make sure you have created rewards that members can earn points for.

Let's Construct Your Loyalty Card

Date Settings

It is crucial that customers know the life span of their reward cards. Assign a clear issue and expiration date to each card. This ensures that the card remains active only within this defined time frame. This allows you to setup short run cards or set the card to last 10+ years.

Rule Configuration

Set up your card rules to define the currency and method for calculating points on each purchase. This clarity streamlines the process for staff so they can effortlessly record purchase amounts. In addition, consider a welcome gesture: give new members bonus points with their first purchase.

Design

The design of a card should match the essence of your brand. If you use a background image, adjust the Background color opacity. An opacity of 100 means a solid background that hides your image from view. Choose a more translucent background to show off your image better.

Managing Your Members

Overview

The Partner Dashboard provides an insight into the members that their staff has engaged with over the past year.

Member Interactions

Within the member list, there's a specific column labeled Loyalty Cards. This column displays all the loyalty cards associated with the partner that the member has interacted with.

Reverting the Latest Transaction

When selecting a particular card from the Loyalty Cards column, a button labeled Delete last transaction becomes visible.

Clicking this button will undo the last transaction associated with that loyalty card. It's essential to note:

  • This action is irreversible.
  • A transaction can either be the issuance of points or the claim of a reward.
  • If a claimed reward's transaction is reversed, the points used for that particular reward will also be reverted.
